Search for geometric rigor in seascapes, for some «rigid» pattern in which to place what is not rigid, namely the sky and the sea.

Often when photographing the horizon, it is possible to play at identifying a pattern, some regular layering, a separation even if not always clear and obvious of various elements: sea, sky, clouds

Every now and then I am inspired by views (especially seascapes) that behind can give a different idea of the classic beautiful colorful landscape.

Something that tends more to be conceptual and abstract or at any rate can give an idea of geometric regularity, of a layering possibly of elements: sea, land , sky, clouds.

There is no real photographic subject, other than the very idea of visualizing this imaginary layering.

I am on land, or if you will on the surface. No diving.
I typically use a good telephoto lens for these photos, and normally there is no need for artificial light.
